Adam Lambert has confessed that he would be more than happy to take Jack Black on in a "rock off" competition after he recalled a conversation the pair shared on a plane journey to Los Angeles earlier this year. The 'Trespassing' singer told Capitalfm.com that the artists exchanged words during the week where their albums were going head to head to on the iTunes chart in the US. He confessed: "We were on a plane flight, and this was the same week that my album came out in the States and his album [with] Tenacious D came out the same week as well. "And we were kind of battling for top positions on iTunes and he looked at me from across the aisle and said 'Lambert!' It was so funny, he was like 'Where are you going? On a tour?' And I was like 'No, I'm just going to do promo' and he said 'very interesting'."
